Privacy notice
Last updated: July 1, 2026
This page explains what happens when you join the waitlist on refine.kitchen. It is short on purpose.
What we collect
From the waitlist form: your email address. We also record how you arrived (a referrer or a link tag such as ?source=) so we know which channels bring people in. We do not ask for your name or anything else.
Why we collect it
To email you when Refine opens, so you can be among the first in. We’ll only email you about Refine, and nothing else. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
Analytics, and cookies
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (PostHog) to count page views and waitlist signups so we can see what is working. It runs without tracking cookies, and we never send your email address to it. We do not fingerprint you, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Where it’s stored
Your email is stored in a Supabase Postgres database hosted in the United States. Access is restricted to the Refine founder through an authenticated admin policy. The form shares data with only one other service: Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies you’re not a bot.
How long we keep it
Until launch, plus a reasonable window afterward to send your invite. If you ask us to remove you, or you unsubscribe, we delete your entry.
How to delete your data
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Delete my waitlist entry” and include the email you signed up with. We’ll confirm within seven days.
Your rights
If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to processing. Email the same address above and we’ll handle it. We don’t sell or share your data for advertising.
Changes
If we change this notice in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top and note it in the launch email.
